Our mission is to help anyone that have a desire to lead a healthier and more active lifestyle through fitness.
FJ4U Interval Blast Class
Join us Mondays at 6:00 pm ET for a low impact interval workout. This class will consist of cardio and strength/sculpting exercises using your body weight or some variety of equipment i.e dumbbells, kettlebells and/or resistance bands for a total body workout. Generally setup as circuit stations, you can move at your own pace and progress when you are ready.
All fitness levels are welcomed to join in on the fun. Even if you have not exercised in a long time, you can move at your own pace. This is a judgement free zone. We would love to have you join our community and take the first steps to making your health care a priority.
